Women's Active Lifestyle Brand SwingDish Partners with SKNVUE to Fight Skin Cancer
Did you know that having 5 or more sunburns doubles your risk of developing melanoma? What about the fact that 1 in 5 people will develop melanoma by age 70? Are you aware that even with the massive amounts of SPF lotions and UPF (UV Protection Factor) apparel available on the market today, the rates of melanoma have continued to increase rapidly over the past few decades?
For the past eight years, luxury women's golf and active lifestyle brand, SwingDish, has carefully selected their fabrics to ensure that they offer clothing with a UPF of 50+ to protect against the suns harmful rays. However, products alone can't prevent melanoma. That is why SwingDish has gone a step further, recently announcing a partnership with SKN VUE, a nonprofit organization founded to promote awareness and educate the importance of early detection of skin cancer. SwingDish is the official apparel brand for the SKN VUE organization, who also has a valued partnership with the LPGA. The brand has announced it will be donating 10% of proceeds from their newly launched Mosaic Collection until the end of 2021.
