COVID 19 SHIPPING UPDATE: Due to the pandemic, many shipping services are not guaranteeing shipping times. Although we have not had many delays reported to us, we want to inform you that we will do everything that we can to ensure that your items arrive in a timely manner, however, transit company delays are out of our hands. Thank you for your understanding.
SwingDish is happy to offer a 30-day return policy. If you are not satisfied for any reason, you may return the item to us for a full refund if the products are
- New, Unused and Undamaged
- In its original packaging
- Accompanied by the packing list/receipt provided with order
- NOT FINAL SALE
- Returns must be initiated within 30 days of your purchase.
- Items that are damaged, dirty or otherwise unable to be re-sold will be returned to the purchaser and not accepted for return.
FINAL SALE ITEMS
Items that denote "FINAL SALE" are not eligible for returns or exchanges.
We are happy to accept items for a one-time free exchange for U.S. based customers, limited to the lower 48 states.
HOW TO RETURN OR EXCHANGE
SwingDish makes Returns and exchanges easier than ever before. Simply click Begin Your Return or Exchange on the Customer Service menu on the footer of our home page or visit SwingDish.ReturnsCenter.com where you will type in your order number and email associated with that order and simply follow the directions to purchase and print your return label.
Return Shipping costs are the responsibility of the purchaser. Purchasing a label through our Returns Center is $10.00 and will be deducted from your refund.
FOR US LOWER 48 CUSTOMERS ONLY: Shipping fee is waived on items that are exchanged for another item or returned for store credit. Items exchanged more than once are subject to standard shipping fees.
GIFT RETURN POLICY
We are happy to accept your gift return and can provide you with store credit in the form of a gift card provided that the purchase is still within our standard return policy window of 30 days. You will need to provide the order number OR the name of the person that purchased the item to Squad Support via email ( info@SwingDish.com), by phone at 866-904-4407 during business hours (9am-5pm M-F CST, or by using our chat feature on our site.
Final Sale items are not eligible for returns so if your gift was marked Final Sale at the time of purchase, you will be unable to return that item.
If you need a last minute gift, our gift card is sent immediately by email as soon as the purchase is completed.
MYSTERY ITEMS: There are no returns or exchanges on Mystery Items

Returns will be refunded for the amount paid for the product, including any sales tax if applicable less the $10.00 shipping label fee if purchased through our return center. Refunds will be credited to the original form of payment. The customer is responsible for the initial shipping charges on the order and for any return shipping charges.
Please allow up to 14 days after we receive your return for the refund to be issued. In most cases refunds are processed within 1 day of arriving at our facility and are reflected within 3-5 days on your statement.
Orders typically ship out within 1 business day of purchase. Please allow 1-2 business days for processing and handling in addition to transit time.
Free Shipping Over $200 offer provides for a standard shipping service and can take 1-10 days of transit time. You can choose to purchase a faster service if offered in your area.
SwingDish uses USPS and UPS for most domestic shipments.
Shipping times estimated at checkout are populated by carrier and are not entered by SwingDish. These are ESTIMATES. Please be aware of these standard shipping windows:
First Class Mail is 2-5 days
Priority Mail is 1-4 days
UPS ground is 2-5 days
UPS Overnight is 1 business day after shipment and could arrive 2 days after purchase depending on the time the order is placed and processing and handling time which could be up to 1 business day.
